Job Overview

We are a Vancouver-based commercial cleaning company looking to expand across the Lower Mainland. We are seeking serious, motivated sales professionals who are confident in their abilities and thrive in commission-based roles. This is a role with recurring monthly commission opportunities. Because our contracts are billed monthly, sales commissions are paid continuously, allowing you to stack your commissions as you bring on more clients—creating long-term earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through prospecting and outreach
• Conduct sales meetings and presentations with potential clients
• Offer trial services to showcase value and build trust
• Close contracts and secure long-term commercial cleaning agreements
• Report progress, sales activity, and results to your supervisor
