- Contract: Full-time, permanent
- Work Environment: Remote work and on-the-road daily
- Salary: $75,000 to $95,000 plus commissions, based on experience
- Territory: Southwestern Ontario – from Kitchener to Windsor

Responsibilities
- Prospect and contact potential customers daily
- Present and sell company services to new and existing clients
- Conduct presentation meetings with potential clients as needed
- Retain current customers by providing creative solutions tailored to their needs
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company services
- Research target prospects, market trends, and competition
- Adhere to company procedures, values, and policies to accurately represent the company
- Make calls and travel within your territory for face-to-face meetings
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities using CRM and other reporting tools
- Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management
- Participate in weekly sales calls and meetings
- Coordinate account opening, rate implementation, and operational needs with departments
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager for support and coaching
- Achieve or exceed sales metrics daily, weekly, and monthly
Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent education and experience
- Knowledge of the transportation industry is an asset
- Familiarity with CRM platforms is an asset
- Strong rapport-building, negotiation, listening, organizational, and time management skills
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
- Experience in outside B2B sales is an asset
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- High integrity and work ethic
- Self-starter in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suites, and CRM
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
