Position: Sales Executive - Steel Construction and Fabrication

Education:

• Degree or Diploma in Business Development, Marketing, Sales or Business Administration

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Highly knowledgeable in business development and sales processes, targets, KPIs, budgeting, pipeline management, as well as commercial terms and conditions and contract law.
• Understanding of estimating processes – i.e.: material take-offs, material costs, labour calculations and productivity rates, budget build-ups, scheduling, risk and execution planning.
• Strong presentation, negotiating and closing skills.
• Strong understanding of structural and platework steel fabrication, design/connections, modularization and erection practices.

Location: Based in Edmonton Alberta, Vancouver BC, or Milton Ontario

Pay Range: $130K to $150K + commission and expenses
