Work Days: 5-day work week (including weekends during events)

Work Hours: Based on event schedule (e.g. 10am – 7pm / 11am – 8pm)

Location: Islandwide (Field-based role)

Role Overview

We’re on the lookout for an energetic and persuasive Sales Executive to drive public awareness and enrollment for our training programs. This is a field-based role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys face-to-face engagement, and is passionate about helping individuals upskill and advance their careers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively promote training programs at roadshows, pop-up booths, and outreach events across Singapore
  • Engage walk-in prospects, understand their upskilling needs, and recommend suitable courses
  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly outreach and sign-up targets
  • Clearly explain course benefits, pathways, and funding schemes
  • Collect, manage, and follow up on leads to support conversion efforts
  • Ensure professional and consistent setup of event booths in line with brand guidelines
  • Submit reports on outreach efforts and share feedback to improve campaign success
Requirements
  • Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
  • Prior experience in roadshows, events, telesales, or customer-facing roles is preferred
  • Confident and approachable personality — comfortable initiating conversations with the public
  • Target-driven mindset with the resilience to handle rejections and keep pushing
  • Willing to work weekends or evenings during peak event periods
