Description

Reporting to the Revicare Manager, the Revicare Sales Executive is responsible for spearheading sales initiatives, securing new business opportunities, and overseeing the retention of accounts across key Revicare customer segments: retirement homes, group homes, and other congregate living settings. This role is crucial for fostering relationships with various internal and external decision-makers, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that improve the quality of care for residents.

The Sales Executive will identify potential clients among retirement homes, initiate sales calls to qualify prospects, organize sales meetings, and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. This is a hybrid role with up to 40% remote work and up to 60% travel within the assigned territory.

Your Day To Day

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the retirement, assisted living, group home sectors, and other congregate living settings for incontinence and medical supplies across Ontario.
  2. Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with retirement home administrators, healthcare professionals, and key decision-makers.
  4. Support and engage key accounts with on-site incontinence program support and account management.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to provide tailored solutions.
  6. Conduct market analysis to stay informed of industry trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  7. Achieve or exceed sales growth and budget targets by prospecting for new customers through various customer touchpoints.
  8. Provide regular reports on sales and business development opportunities.

What You Bring To The Team

  1. Sales experience in the healthcare sector, preferably with knowledge of incontinence, nutrition, and medical supplies.
