Reporting to the Revicare Manager, the Revicare Sales Executive is responsible for spearheading sales initiatives, securing new business opportunities, and overseeing the retention of accounts across key Revicare customer segments: retirement homes, group homes, and other congregate living settings. This role is crucial for fostering relationships with various internal and external decision-makers, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that enhance resident care.

The Sales Executive will actively identify potential clients among retirement homes, initiate sales calls, organize meetings, and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. This is a hybrid role with up to 40% remote work and up to 60% travel within the territory.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within retirement, assisted living, group home sectors, and other congregate settings for incontinence and medical supplies across Ontario.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Build and maintain relationships with retirement home administrators, healthcare professionals, and decision-makers.
  • Support key accounts with onsite incontinence program support and account management.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market analysis to stay informed of industry trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets by prospecting and engaging with customers through various touchpoints.
  • Provide regular sales and business development reports.

What You Bring To The Team

  • Sales experience in healthcare, preferably with knowledge of incontinence, nutrition, and medical supplies.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients, especially in the retirement home sector.
  • Minimum of 3+ years in sales with a record of meeting targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is an asset.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce CRM.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for travel.
