At Trufla, we’re on a mission to reinvent how insurance brokerages operate. We’re not just building software—we’re building tools that empower brokers to sell smarter, serve faster, and grow stronger.
After years of development, we’re preparing to launch a fully integrated platform that transforms how brokers capture leads, quote policies, and manage clients. It’s not quite a BMS. But it’s not not a BMS either. It’s something more.
We’re assembling a national sales team to take this to market. If you understand the business of insurance, love technology, and have a bias toward action—we want to talk.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and Qualify: Identify and engage potential clients through outbound outreach, networking, and inbound lead follow-up.
  • Own the Pipeline: Manage your sales pipeline using HubSpot, from first contact to close.
  • Consult & Sell: Lead solution-based conversations with brokerage owners, understanding their challenges and tailoring tech solutions that solve real problems.
  • Negotiate & Close: Deliver proposals, manage objections, and drive deals to the finish line.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Share feedback with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to support continuous improvement.
  • Stay Sharp: Keep up with trends in the broker landscape, insurtech innovation, and competitor moves.
  • Crush Your Targets: You’ll have clear goals. Your job is to exceed them.
Required Skills and qualifications
  • Solid knowledge of P&C insurance and how brokerages operates.
  • Proven solution-selling experience, ideally in SaaS or B2B.
  • Confidence in presenting to decision-makers and closing multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Independence: you thrive in a self-directed environment.
  • Willingness to travel to conferences, client meetings, and team events.
Bonus: Level 1 Insurance License is a plus—but not required.
