THE POSITION

The Sales Executive leads the full sales cycle for our portfolio of illuminated safety products, managing sales opportunities from initial prospecting through to the final closing of deals in both domestic and international markets. This role focuses on developing new markets, building and maintaining customer relationships, and representing the company at industry events to drive revenue growth and expand our global presence.

HOW YOU WILL BE MAKING AN IMPACT

  • Drive revenue growth by developing new business opportunities and achieving strong sales results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Deliver professional presentations that clearly communicate product value.
  • Negotiate solutions that meet customer needs and support company objectives.
  • Leverage CRM platforms, internet research, and other tools to track and identify sales opportunities and market prospects.
  • Customize product solutions and sales strategies to meet the unique needs of customer segments across domestic and international markets.
  • Represent the company in domestic and international markets, fostering brand recognition and trust.

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU REQUIRE

  • College or university education preferred; degree or diploma in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset.
  • Proven success in sales or business development with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Confident communicator with strong relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Skilled in problem-solving, time management, and prioritizing in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms, internet research, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to adapt to diverse client needs.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean drivers abstract.
  • Able to travel within Canada, the USA, and internationally as needed.
