Position : Sales Executive – Cybersecurity & Privacy

Reports to : International Sales Director

About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Executive based in Jakarta to drive growth in the fast-evolving world of cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance. You’ll work with C-level executives across banking, government, education, corporate, and insurance sectors, acting as a trusted advisor on risk, privacy, and regulatory strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new clients and build strong, long-term relationships with key accounts
  • Drive revenue growth and consistently meet or exceed KPIs and sales targets
  • Represent the company to senior stakeholders, including CISOs, CIOs, and Compliance Officers
  • Work closely with international teams to ensure alignment with global sales strategy
  • Translate complex cybersecurity / privacy concepts into clear business value for customers
  • Develop tailored proposals and present solution demos to prospective clients
  • Stay ahead of regulatory trends including ISO 27001, vendor risk management, OJK, BSSN, and other Indonesian data protection laws
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and legal teams to ensure client success
  • Evangelize best practices in cybersecurity and promote implementation across Jakarta and beyond

Requirements

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales KPIs in B2B technology or cybersecurity sales
  • Extensive network and experience working with executives in the public and private sector
  • Strong understanding of cyber risk, compliance, and privacy frameworks
  • Experience in vendor risk management, ISO 27001, and/or Indonesian regulatory compliance
  • Exceptional communication, active listening, and negotiation skills
  • Confident, charismatic, and professional demeanor
  • Excellent time management and ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of how cybersecurity impacts business operations and reputational risk
  • Ability to build trust and credibility with C-suite decision-makers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in SaaS sales, compliance, or enterprise security
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, GRC platforms, or cyber maturity frameworks
  • Experience working with international teams or clients
