Sales Executive, Water Technologies

Location: Lloydminster, AB

Travel: 50% - 75%

Job Summary

The Territory Sales Manager will support and manage multiple industries in Canada. The role focuses on driving new opportunities with current products while maintaining existing customers. It also involves expanding the product portfolio through collaboration with Marketing and Innovation leadership to enable sales of differentiated offerings. The position utilizes Buckman's smart digital technologies and CRM programs to activate new channels, business models, contracts, and partnerships to grow market share. Critical tasks include identifying pricing, bundling, and positioning opportunities for success.

  • MPC generation at new customer accounts
  • MPC metrics in KPM tracked quarterly
  • Safety Leadership
  • Successful trial/business conversions
  • New accounts/programs gained in KPMs, tracked quarterly
  • Involvement in sales funnel planning and tracking with RSM or Strategic Account Leader

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BEng), preferably in chemical engineering, chemistry, or biology
  • 5+ years proven sales record or related industry experience
  • Successful selling record, preferably in chemical sales related to water treatment
  • Understanding of business/finance terminology is desirable
  • Water treatment experience is an asset
Preferred Qualifications
  • 10+ years proven sales experience
  • Large account management experience (>$3MM/year)
  • Experience with consignment inventory and billing
  • Understanding of smart digital solutions and customer opportunities
  • P&L management experience
