With nearly 300 team members spread across five continents, we support over 1,000 enterprise customers, helping them streamline and manage all aspects of their day-to-day operations.

Job Summary

Join our team as a Sales Executive focused on Aviation Safety & Compliance SaaS and services. You'll be responsible for driving sales in defined markets, meeting sales targets, and nurturing client relationships. This position reports to the VP of Sales.

Travel is required up to 30% of the time for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve or exceed annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and market plans.
  • Identify and cultivate medium- to long-term business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • Represent Baldwin at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Develop deep knowledge of Baldwin’s products and services to effectively communicate value to clients.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of the Baldwin Portal, with an emphasis on safety management tools.
  • Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring a healthy and accurate sales pipeline.
  • Conduct outbound sales calls across all relevant industry verticals.
  • Strengthen and expand relationships with existing clients to support long-term success.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the aviation industry, with a particular preference given to safety management or safety management system sales experience.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive in a similar role.
  • Experience with outbound sales and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or aviation preferred.
