Job description

We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our Partner Firm OSI (Organizational Solutions Inc.). The Sales Executive is responsible for sourcing, educating, and nurturing prospective clients, ultimately securing their business to increase sales and revenue.

The Sales Executive will:

  1. Acquire new clients and meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
  2. Develop extensive company and industry knowledge through OSI learning and development.
  3. Keep current prospect list up to date and execute account management strategies to foster new relationships.
  4. Ensure CRM is fully up to date on a daily basis.
  5. Participate in sales and networking initiatives, tradeshows, and other industry events as required throughout the sales year.
  6. Participate in annual sales/marketing strategic planning sessions.
  7. Develop new business relationships to expand market presence (direct and brokers) daily.
  8. Respond to RFPs with support from Marketing, develop pricing strategies, and deliver proposals promptly.
  9. Coordinate and assist in delivering client presentations and negotiate contracts.
  10. Expand existing client services through account management strategies.
  11. Network in key communities, e.g., Human Resources, monthly.
  12. Work with Marketing on sales campaigns, including hosting broker and industry events quarterly.
  13. Coordinate deployment of client programs and implementations.
  14. Provide accurate Sales to Operations transition assistance.
  15. Design and deliver sales seminars with Marketing support.
  16. Share success strategies in sales meetings and provide feedback to Operations and IT as needed.

  9. Networking skills and confidence in building relationships with decision-makers.

All-star candidates will have:

  1. 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience.
  2. 5-8+ years of sales experience.
  3. Experience selling Disability Management, Health & Wellness, EAP, or HR services is a strong asset.
  4. Business skills in sourcing leads, cold calling, building relationships, presenting, and selling.
  5. Experience selling to C-Suite.
  6. Strong CRM experience is an asset.
  7. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  8. Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
  9. Established network of HR professionals and C-Suite connections.
