Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Qterra Tenant Placement and Maintenance services directly to potential customers at their homes. As a member of our Sales Executive team, you will play a significant role in our leasing department. This role is Monday-Saturday. Our sales department rests on Sundays to charge up for the week.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Close deals on the spot and onboard properties for our leasing department to lease
  • Develop and maintain great relationships with Qterra clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or related field
  • Communication must be at a high level
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in the English language
  • Willingness to engage in face-to-face interactions with potential customers
