The Opportunity:

This is aperformance-driven rolewith amassive upside. You’ll be trusted to lead customer relationships from start to close. We provide a steady stream of warm leads—you bring the drive to convert them into lifelong customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend high quality pre-booked appointments with homeowners and business owners.
  • Build accurate and detailed estimates for residential and commercial paint jobs.
  • Collaborate with customers on color/design choices and budgets.
  • Present and close project estimateson the spot.
  • Follow up consistently and nurture leads over time.
  • Use digital tools to maintain up-to-date data and estimates.
  • Work closely with our production team to ensure smooth project handoff.
About You:

Requirements:
  • Driver’s license with clean abstract.
  • A smartphone with data.
  • Sales or estimating experience is an asset—but not required if you’ve got the drive to learn.
Compensation & Perks:
  • $50,000 – $150,000+ annually
