A technology company in Canada is seeking a Mid Market Sales Engineer to enhance sales productivity and revenue growth. The position involves collaborating closely with Account Executives, providing product demonstrations, and addressing customer needs in the Transportation and Logistics sectors. Ideal candidates will have over 3 years of experience in sales engineering, possess excellent communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree. This role offers competitive compensation between $138,000 to $200,000 CAD.

As a Mid Market Sales Engineer, you have the opportunity to play an important role in increasing the effectiveness, productivity, and revenue growth in the Sales Team. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Mid Market Sales Engineering, Sales Engineers partner closely with Account Executives to close new business with prospects — as well as with existing customers — through discovery calls, product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and onsite meetings. This position has the opportunity to work with the most impactful companies in North America that power our physical economy.

Your compensation may be based on several factors, including education, work experience, and certifications. For certain roles, total compensation may include restricted stock units (RSUs). The compensation range for this position will depend on where you reside. For this role, the on-target earnings (base pay + commissions) are:
