Job description

Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity

You will manage and collaborate with the SMB (Small to Medium Business) Sales Leadership team to provide sales effectiveness coaching for our sales centre and field agents to increase performance related to sales approach, productivity, product knowledge, and target achievement. This includes coaching agents on sales tools, products, services, and processes to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue based on SMB sales strategies.

Location: You will be based in our Toronto, Burnaby, Sackville, or Montreal office and will work in a Hybrid model.

Reporting Relationship: You will report to the Senior Manager, Sales Effectiveness.

What you'll do
  • Design and implement coaching and monitoring programs for Sales Centre and Field consultants to increase revenue indicators.
  • Engage with sales reps during client prospecting visits and calls to assess and improve their sales capabilities.
  • Drive sales effectiveness initiatives by strategizing and executing plans end-to-end.
  • Partner with teams to facilitate product training launches and refresher sessions to increase agent capability.
  • Create post-training support to improve system, product, and process adoption.
  • Participate in development plans with SMB Sales leadership to enhance tenured agents' skills.
What you bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-4 years of direct sales prospecting experience; outside sales experience is an asset.
  • Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
