A leading Canadian fintech is seeking a Sales Effectiveness Coach in Toronto. The role involves managing coaching programs for SMB sales teams to enhance productivity, product knowledge, and sales approaches. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Business and 2-4 years of direct sales experience, with bilingualism in English and French as an asset. This position includes a hybrid work model and various employee benefits.

You will manage and collaborate with the SMB (Small to Medium Business) Sales Leadership team to provide sales effectiveness coaching for our sales centre and field agents to increase performance as it relates to sales approach, productivity, product knowledge, and achieving targets. This includes coaching agents on sales tools, products and services, and processes that are followed to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve revenue targets based on the defined SMB sales strategies.
Location: You will be based in our Toronto, Burnaby, Sackville or Montreal office and will work in a Hybrid model.
Reporting Relationship: You will report to Senior Manager, Sales Effectiveness
