Job Description:

They are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Director – SMB & Enterprise to join their expanding team. As a Sales Director – SMB & Enterprise, you will be responsible for acquiring new business, building strategic relationships with key decision-makers, and driving the growth of their eCommerce and Amazon FBA services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success in the eCommerce, logistics, or Amazon FBA ecosystem, and a deep understanding of the complexities of global shipping solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target new business opportunities within the eCommerce and Amazon FBA market, particularly focusing on brands, retailers, and sellers in need of optimized shipping and fulfillment services.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow the customer base, with a focus on high-value prospects and key verticals.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with C-level executives, eCommerce managers, and logistics professionals to promote our platform’s capabilities, with an emphasis on trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Consultative Selling: Use a consultative approach to understand each prospect's unique business challenges and craft tailored shipping solutions that add value and align with their goals.
  • Sales Negotiations & Closing: Lead sales negotiations, demonstrate ROI, and close deals with new clients, ensuring high conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful implementation of services for new clients.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and eCommerce innovations to refine your sales approach and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts in CRM tools, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the eCommerce, logistics, fulfillment, or Amazon FBA industry.
  • Sales Expertise: A strong track record of hunting for new business, consistently exceeding sales quotas, and building lasting relationships with clients.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of global shipping, logistics, Amazon FBA processes, and eCommerce fulfillment solutions.
  • Consultative Selling: Ability to tailor solutions based on client needs, presenting complex products and services in a clear, customer-centric way.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at senior levels.
  • Results-Driven: Highly self-motivated, with a relentless drive to close deals, expand business, and achieve personal and team sales targets.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, sales tools, and eCommerce platforms to track and manage sales pipelines effectively.
  • International Focus: Ability to navigate global shipping and fulfillment complexities, with a keen understanding of international markets and logistics.
