Job description

The role of Sales Director, Residential Atlantic is essential for leading and engaging External Sales Representatives and Inside Sales Representatives teams, and ensuring exceptional customer service, while embodying the company’s core Beliefs and ambitions. This person will be accountable to make it easy for our customers to do business with us and drive residential sales growth in the Atlantic Region. The selected candidate can be based out of Dartmouth or Moncton.

What You Will Accomplish With Us

  • Mobilize and develop the External and Internal Sales teams
  • Ensure the continuous improvement of their performance and engagement.
  • Ensure the standard sales processes and extract maximum value and opportunities at every stage of the value chain.
  • Promote our products to create opportunities and competitive advantages.
  • Find new clients, build new relationships, and develop new markets.
  • Manage existing customer accounts (contractors, dealers, etc.) and maintain privileged relationships.
  • Implement development plans to enhance stakeholders’ (clients, employees, etc.) knowledge of products, systems, industry trends, and evolutions.
  • Maintain and improve relationships with manufacturers
  • Promote grant and subsidy programs to our customers and influence decision makers about such programs
  • Resolve or escalate issues with manufacturers and handle sensitive matters with clients.
  • Create and maintain synergies in order to generate cross-selling opportunities and strategic advantages.
  • Promote, implement, and actively participate in process improvement initiatives.
  • Manage and audit quality processes.
  • Promote, implement, and actively participate in data collection initiatives to generate business insights and accurate key performance indicators.
  • Get involved in disputes, legal matters, credit, procurement, logistics, and other essential parts of our business.

What You Bring To Our Team

  • College diploma (DEC) or Bachelor's degree in administration, building management, or combination of related experience
  • Over 10 years of sales experience in the HVAC-R field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience leading a sales team
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office suite
  • Good knowledge of CRM systems, e.g., SST
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, listening, and written, including presentation abilities

Compensation Information

Base Salary Range: $80 000 - $105 000 annually

Supplemental Pay Types Include: Annual bonus

The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s skills and experience, in compliance with applicable regulations.
