Sales Director

Job Brief:

We are looking for an experienced, passionate and motivated Sales Director to join our sales team! As our Sales Director, your main responsibility will be to drive our business success by implementing a strong and sustainable sales strategy. Your and your team's main goal will be to turn leads and prospects into paid users.

Responsibilities:

1. Set up sales projections
2. Set up sales budgets
3. Find prospects and leads
4. Learn details about our products and services
5. Understand all the prospects' needs, problems, or wants
6. Explain how our solutions align with their pain points
7. Analyze current sales strategy and suggest solutions for improvement
8. Identify process bottlenecks
9. Meet with potential clients and act as their consultant
10. Up-sell when appropriate
11. Follow up with hot leads
12. Identify buyer persona profiles
13. Recruit, hire, and train new sales representatives
14. Investigate leads and find out about them as much as possible before contacting
15. Consult with sales and marketing team to ensure efficiency
16. Identify most important sales KPIs
17. Track and monitor your work
18. Prepare and present reports when needed
19. Attend sales educational events and seminars
20. Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices
