The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a dynamic, customer-facing Sales Director to lead their commercial efforts across North America. This is a confidential search to reshape the sales leadership with someone who thrives in front of customers.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and coach a high-performing sales and marketing team
  • Drive strategic growth across commercial, defence, and recreational segments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Travel regularly to meet clients, attend industry events, and support field sales
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align customer needs with solutions
  • Develop and execute sales plans, forecasts, and performance metrics
What You Bring
  • Proven success in leading B2B sales teams in manufacturing or marine sectors
  • Strong customer-facing skills and ability to travel regularly
  • Experience with complex sales cycles and technical products
