At Search Atlas, we are redefining search intelligence, providing businesses with the tools they need to uncover deep insights and drive data-informed decisions. We are building our founding sales team and looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives in outbound prospecting and is ready to make a significant impact.

As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating pipeline through proactive outreach, engaging with mid-market and enterprise B2B prospects across North America. You are a strong hunter who enjoys cold calling, emailing, and leveraging sales engagement tools to drive conversations and set high-quality meetings for our sales team.

Responsibilities:
  • Execute outbound prospecting strategies, including cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement.
  • Build and refine your own sales sequences using SalesLoft, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Qualify prospects and book meetings for Account Executive
  • Engage with decision-makers, demonstrating clear and confident communication on calls.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to continuously optimize outreach strategies.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience as an SDR in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven outbound prospecting success, with a track record of hitting or exceeding quota.
  • Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot CRM.
  • Familiarity with sales engagement platforms and ability to build custom sequences.
  • Strong verbal communication skills—ability to sound clear, confident, and engaging on calls.
  • Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise B2B companies.
  • Canada-based and focused on outbounding exclusively in North America.

Salary

  • $40-$50K base USD
  • Commission: USD ~$25K
  • OTE: USD ~$65K
