About The Role

Are you passionate about the construction industry but not interested in estimating or engineering? We are looking for an engaging individual to join our Aggregate Sales team in the GVA.

The Sales Development Representative, under the guidance of the Commercial Manager, will support the Commercial Sales Team by collecting and organizing project information, examining basic construction documents, and compiling bid packages. We seek a dynamic, results-driven sales professional to focus on capturing market data and improving effectiveness through Salesforce CRM. This role is crucial in driving the success of our sustainable eco-source products and offerings. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, familiarity with CRM (Salesforce), and a passion for environmentally responsible solutions.

What You’ll Accomplish
  • Conduct research to identify potential leads and target accounts.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects through effective communication.
  • Market, promote, and sell our range of recycled Eco-source products in construction markets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with market demand and sustainability goals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that match our eco-friendly product portfolio.
  • Use Salesforce CRM to gather, analyze, and interpret market data.
  • Manage Salesforce CRM to streamline sales processes, improve data accuracy, and increase efficiency.
  • Generate reports on sales performance, market trends, and CRM usage for continuous improvement.
  • Promote safety and environmental policies in all work environments, fostering a culture of safety.
What We’re Looking For

Education: Recently obtained University Degree or College Diploma.

Preferred Fields of Study: Business Management, Civil Engineering, Geology, or related fields.

Experience: 1-3 years of industry experience.

Technical Skills: Google Suite and Salesforce.

Travel: 0-10%
