What you'll do:
  • Build sales pipeline through outbound calling, emailing, following up on marketing campaigns, and inbound inquiries
  • Set up introductory meetings via phone, coordinate calendars across time zones, and send calendar invites
  • Determine lead qualification based on established criteria
  • Maintain activity volume of calls and emails daily to qualify leads and grow the pipeline
  • Research targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical information before prospecting
  • Stay informed about market conditions and competitors to identify opportunities
  • Keep accurate records of contacts and sales activities in our CRM
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to meet sales targets
  • Document all communications in Salesforce
  • Monitor social networks like LinkedIn for sales opportunities
Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a pipeline generation role, particularly outbound
  • Proven track record in early-stage or ambiguous environments
  • Strong communication skills and creative outreach approaches
  • Knowledge of B2B data sources and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Goal-oriented, ownership mindset, curiosity
  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
