Work Model : 100% on-site, Monday-Friday at our downtown Halifax office. This position requires full in-office presence.

Salary : $60,000 + weekly commissions + performance bonuses (quarterly and annually). Promotion to Account Manager includes eligibility for monthly car and cell phone allowances.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions :

  • Research and build call sheets targeting potential customers using tools like LinkedIn, Candidates, and current Consultants
  • Document, track, and research all leads from the Recruiter Lead Program
  • Develop customer profiles and talk tracks using tools like Seismic and Gong
  • Conduct outreach to targeted customers and record weekly activity
  • Collaborate with the Director of Business Operations using the Inward Lens tool to identify lost customers and generate new meetings

Success in the SDR-2 role may lead to promotion to Account Manager, with additional responsibilities such as:

  • Developing and managing customer relationships using Salesforce, Hoovers, and other resources
  • Increasing sales and market share within assigned and new accounts
  • Engaging with prospective clients to understand needs and hiring cycles
  • Preparing and presenting sales proposals
  • Partnering with the Delivery team to identify top IT talent to meet client needs

Qualifications

Educational & Experience Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma with 3 years of professional experience, or 4 years of professional experience
  • At least 1 year of sales experience, a degree in sales, sales internship, or active membership in a sales organization
  • A strong desire for a career in B2B sales
  • Excellent communication skills for negotiations
  • High professionalism, sense of urgency, and presentation skills
  • Ability to overcome obstacles and collaborate effectively
  • Strong willingness to learn
