Elevate Sales Development Representative - Customer Demand Generation

What you will do

The Elevate Sales Development Representative is responsible for identifying decision-makers and securing highly qualified meetings over the phone with C-Level Executives at large, prestigious companies.

This role involves connecting with prospects & customers, building rapport, gathering information, and identifying opportunities that meet qualification criteria for our sales teams and Elevate.

You will collaborate with project managers to execute personalized outreach efforts, focusing on complex solutions & products tailored to target accounts.

This position requires a passion for exceeding expectations and delivering results across diverse industries, targeting decision-makers to foster growth in new areas.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Secure qualified appointments with senior decision-makers.
  2. Identify & gather information on prospects, navigating company structures.
  3. Develop new relationships through calls & emails.
  4. Learn & communicate our customers' value propositions effectively.
  5. Lead conversations to gather information and build trust.
  6. Maintain relationships with prospects & their assistants.
  7. Provide clear and accurate communication & feedback.
  8. Identify trends & opportunities from gathered information.
  9. Stay educated on technology & business environments.
  10. Implement lead/demand generation strategies.
  11. Work collaboratively and independently, reporting activity regularly.
  12. Adhere to project time allocations and ensure accurate timesheets.
  13. Achieve key performance metrics.
  14. Collaborate with sales & marketing to develop lead strategies.
  15. Assist in preparing proposals and contracts.
  16. Participate in business pitches and follow up with prospects.
  17. Leverage account information to build trust within large accounts.

  • Personalized email communication.
  • Using CRM & Marketing Automation tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua.
  • Collaborating in dynamic teams.
