As our Sales Development Representative, your job is to generate qualified sales opportunities for our Account Executive team.
Here's what that actually means day-to-day:
This is an outbound prospecting role. You won't be closing deals - you're opening doors and setting up our closers for success.
This role offers a clear path to advancement. High-performing SDRs have the opportunity to move into Account Executive roles, can happen within 12-18 months. As an AE, you'd own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, with significantly higher earning potential.
Content marketing is challenging and expensive for most businesses. AmpiFire makes it accessible with AI-powered content creation and automated distribution.
You'll talk to established B2B companies who actually have budgets and need what we offer. That makes your conversations more productive and less soul-crushing than calling unqualified leads.
We've been remote-first since our start. You can work from anywhere as long as you're available during EST/PST business hours to connect with North American prospects.
This is a contract position, which means:
We've been profitable since 2014 without outside funding. That means no VC pressure, no sudden pivots.
Just steady growth and a team of 60 people who take ownership of their work.
B2B sales experience: You've done cold calling and appointment setting before. You have a track record of hitting activity and booking targets. If you're brand new to sales, this isn't the right role.
Excellent English communication: Native or near-native fluency - you can have natural, professional conversations with North American business owners without language barriers.
Multi-channel prospecting: You're comfortable using phone, email, and LinkedIn to reach prospects. You know how to personalize outreach and don't just blast the same message to everyone.
CRM proficiency: You've used Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems to track prospects and manage your pipeline.
Self-management: You can work independently in a remote environment, stay productive without supervision, and manage your own schedule.
Coachable: You take feedback well, implement suggestions, and continuously work to improve your approach.
Availability: You can work core EST/PST business hours to align with our North American client base.
Base Salary: $2,000 - $2,500 USD per month
Your exact base depends on your experience level and interview performance. We pay in USD regardless of your location.
Performance Bonuses: Additional commission for qualified appointments booked that meet our criteria and show up for meetings.
Employment Type: This is a fully remote contract position. You're responsible for your own taxes and benefits. We recommend budgeting accordingly and consulting with a tax professional in your country.
Location: We're ideally looking for candidates whose working hours can align with EST/PST time zones.
We've designed this to be efficient while giving both sides enough information to make the right decision.
Total time commitment: Under 5 hours
Timeline: Typically under 30 days from application to offer
