Role Summary :
As a Revival Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a pivotal role in reigniting opportunities with high-value clients. Your primary responsibility will be to re-engage former clients and previously interested prospects, uncover new revenue opportunities, and nurture relationships with clients who have repaid their loans or started but not completed their applications. This position is essential to our company's Revival Initiative, which is focused on increasing client retention and boosting revenue from a diverse range of sources.
Additionally, you may assist with administrative tasks, such as collecting and organizing necessary documentation to ensure smooth deal completion. This combination of sales outreach and administrative support will be vital to the success of our client relationships and overall sales goals.
The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and French (both spoken and written), highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused, with experience in sales outreach and a passion for identifying client needs. You will work closely with the sales team to re-establish connections with clients, providing them with solutions tailored to their evolving business needs.
