Sales Development Representative

Sales Development Representative works with the CEO.

Salary Range: Base + Commission + Bonus

Travel: ~10%

Position: Remote or In-Person

Primary Responsibilities

  • Prospect and create new leads to increase sales pipeline
  • Route qualified opportunities to the sales team by setting appointments
  • Maintain consistent and meaningful prospect outreach via phone, email, and social platforms
  • Maintain consistent collaboration with founding team on execution of territory, account, and contact planning via marketing and sales initiatives
  • Possess a strong understanding of CausalFunnel’s platform, the target market and positioning
  • Successfully manage and overcome prospects’ objections and rejections
  • Exceed quarterly quota of qualified appointments
  • Be a brand champion and educate prospective clients on CausalFunnel’s value proposition
  • Lead the over all outbound sales team's strategy

Sales Development Representative Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service for a technical product
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Experience with Outreach Software
  • Experience in sales operations and/or marketing automation software preferred.
  • We are developing our tech stack now!
  • Understanding of B2B software, Open Source software, and the developer product space is preferred
  • You are obsessed customer-centric and out-going.
  • Passionate about technology and learning more about E-Commerce
  • Highly organized and motivated.
