Our Team:

We are searching for an extraordinary Sales Development Representative, who will act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. To be successful in this role, you should be innately passionate, focused and driven as well as have experience meeting and exceeding sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers and will be a big part of helping drive our continued success.

Your responsibilities:
  • Generate leads by developing sales strategies to draw in new customers
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, and creative outreach strategies
  • Present our company and product value to customers by identifying client needs and suggesting appropriate products/services
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with customers and potential clients
  • Proactively research and seek new business opportunities by identifying markets or potential partnerships
  • Follow up with existing clients and leads that went cold to develop new opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
  • Contribute to the development of our outbound sales strategy
What you should have:
  • Experience in a customer facing, service environment
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques specific to outbound sales
  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce an asset)
  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics and how to utilize them
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
