We’re looking for a Sales Development Rep!

The Sales Development Representative is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new opportunities for Entrust’s HSMs, PKI and Keys and Secrets Enterprise product suite offering in order to drive revenue and develop outbound sales leads for the Business Development Team. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities for their regional Account Executive. The SDR will become a trusted resource and developnew relationships with prospects, acting as the initial point of contact.

How you will make an impact :

Outbound sales discoveryand lead prospecting

Clearly articulate Entrust’s unique value proposition through a variety of methods (i.e., phone, web, etc.) to existing customers, prospects, and North American channel partners

Manage and follow up on Marketing Qualified Leads(MQLs) received from Marketing; sharing feedback to Marketing and progressing MQLs to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)

Contribute to growing sales pipeline and take advantage of market opportunities by prospecting installed base accounts, key named accounts, territory plans, sales strategy, and forecasts

Basic Qualifications

Must be customer-focused and possess strong organizational, time management, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills

Ability to learn and navigate new technology products and service enhancements

Previous success prospecting, building a sales pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle, and presenting and discussing solutions with C-level and other decisions-makers

Able to think strategically and tactically.

Able to maintain a positive attitude in the face of criticism, rejection, or failure

  • Must be able to legally work within the US or Canada and have unrestricted work authorization.

Preferred Qualifications :

SaaS experience

Inside Sales / B2B sales experience – developing, qualifying, and validating new business leads with a proven track record of consistently exceeding objectives
