Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Sales Development Manager in Canada to build the sales pipeline and forge relationships with new and/or struggling customers across multiple market segments. The role emphasizes identifying and developing opportunities to drive growth and ensure customer success.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales leadership experience, plus 4+ years in sales management and a valid driver’s license.

Job Description Summary

Sales Development Manager

Sunbelt's Sales Development Manager is empowered to build sales pipeline, so we can make it happen for our customers.

Sales Development Manager main responsibilities are to identify, develop, drive, and maintain relationships with new and/or struggling customers within multiple segments of the market.

Education or experience that prepares you for success:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent work experience
• Four or more years of previous sales management experience
• Valid Driver's license with acceptable driving history required

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities you may rely on:

• Knowledge of different phases of construction, equipment applications, features, benefits, operation and specification
• Oral and written communications
• Supervisory skills

Base Pay Range

83,746.00 - 115,151.30
