Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals in Alberta seeks a Sales Development Manager to build and manage a robust sales pipeline, identify new and at-risk customers, and drive revenue across multiple market segments.

You will lead a team, require a Bachelor’s in Business or Marketing, 4+ years of sales management, and a valid driver’s license; travel may be required; Sunbelt offers extensive training and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent work experience.
• Four or more years of sales management experience.
• Knowledge of construction equipment, features, benefits, operation and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, drive and maintain relationships with new and/or struggling customers across multiple market segments.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline to support Sunbelt Rentals’ growth.
• Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve targets and drive revenue.
