We are seeking to recruit Sales Desk Lead Hands full time for the upcoming Winter season. Compensation Information: $22.10 per hour

Physical Requirement: Light; work activities involve handling loads up to 10 kg; predominantly in an indoor setting.

This job position requires physical presence at the designated location.

This role is eligible for an incentive for successful applicants to receive $1 per hour worked based on completion of a full winter season contract. Conditions apply to this incentive and will be shared during the interview and onboarding.

  • Contact position for guests regarding lessons, lift tickets, and resort information via in-person, emails, and over the phone.
  • Direct product marketing to guests.
  • Preparing and fulfilling orders and contacting guests for resort lessons.
  • Deals with guests in an efficient, courteous, respectful, and friendly manner.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to exceed guest expectations.
  • Manages all transactions in a secure and accurate manner.
  • Highly organized and efficient in the workplace.
  • Always follows company policies and procedures.
  • Security and accountability for orders and payments.
  • Balancing daily sales with computer reports.
  • Ensure that a good example is always set for all guest services staff, keeping a positive work environment for everyone.
  • Ensure email folders are up to date and tidy – emails waiting for information are being followed up with by the correct people/person.
  • Assist with training of staff as needed.
  • Check the weekly communication is reviewed by all employees and bring any new information to Supervisors to be added.
  • Responsible for making sure opening and closing procedures are complete, as well as checking orders are fulfilled at the end of each day.
  • Ensure breaks and lunches are covered.
  • Perform all other duties as required by Supervisors or Managers of the Guest Services department.
