Closets by Design is hiring Sales Designers in the Grimsby/Stoney Creek area. MUST RESIDE IN THE AREA.

Are you an experienced Sales Closer? A great negotiator? Can you thrive in a Commission + Bonus sales environment?

Are you creative, with excellent communication skills, and enjoy helping people? As a Closets by Design Sales Designer, you will have the opportunity to work for the largest closet company in North America. You will receive comprehensive sales and design training.

We are looking for candidates who have:

1. Experience as a Strong Sales Closer (required)
2. Interior Design background (preferred)
3. Commitment to following our sales model
4. A car and a valid G License (required)
5. A laptop with Microsoft Office installed (required)
6. Residency in the Grimsby/Stoney Creek area (required)
7. Availability for a 4-month paid ramp-up period
8. Potential earnings with bonus between $45k-$65k in the first year; some designers earn over six figures
9. No cold calling; appointments are pre-set
10. Access to excellent marketing materials
11. Support from management
12. Work from your home base, except for meetings and training
13. Flexible schedule, working 4-5 days per week; the more you work, the more you earn
14. References are required
