What You’ll Do

• Connect with customers and guide them in finding the perfect furniture and décor

• Host personalized design consultations, from new builds to home refreshes

• Deliver an exceptional, heart-led customer experience from beginning to end

• Work collaboratively with our warehouse and admin teams to ensure smooth execution and follow-through

• Assist with in-store styling, merchandising, and storytelling through visuals and marketing

What You Bring

• A passion for interior design, people, and exceptional service

• Previous experience in retail, sales, or design (an asset but not required)

• Friendly, professional communication skills and confidence with in-person and digital interactions

• Comfort using POS systems, email, and social platforms

• A proactive, team-focused mindset and the ability to take initiative
