Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified individual to join our Sales and Design team in the Okanagan area. This position will begin as a remote/work-from-home role. However, there is a possibility that it may transition to an on-site or hybrid arrangement in the future, depending on business needs and location. Our unique range of jobs includes installations in performing arts venues (sound, video, lighting), churches, restaurants and hospitality and corporate boardrooms.
The job is highly commission based and requires a driven individual who is ready to dig in and fight to win jobs. You will be primarily working in an office setting but will regularly need to attend site visits and be on the lookout for new customers and opportunities.
Our sales people are also our designers, so strong technical knowledge is required in addition to interpersonal skills in order to be successful.

You will be responsible for finding new business, developing a relationship, determining customer needs, designing a solution, and overseeing the implementation and handover process. In general our sales people stay very connected to projects even after the "sales" portion of the project is secured.
