Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Solutioning
- Work closely with the client’s sales team to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable telecom solutions.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals tailored to prospective customers.
- Assist in responding to customer queries with timely and accurate information.
- Collaborate with the client’s technical teams to ensure the feasibility and customization of solutions.

Customer Success & Service Delivery
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and issue resolution.
- Manage onboarding of new customers and coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
- Track customer accounts, follow up on service requests, and ensure SLAs are met.
- Handle escalations professionally, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to improve service quality and solution offerings.

Market & Product Knowledge
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the client’s product portfolio, telecom technologies, and market trends.
Provide insights to sales and technical teams on emerging customer needs and competitive positioning.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical telecom solutions to non-technical clients.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Customer-first mindset with proven problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
