Indigo Natural Products, a division of Concord National LLP, seeks a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator in Mississauga, ON. You will support the Natural Channel Sales Team, manage sales data, reports, and project coordination, and assist with account activities and cross-functional communications.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support to the Natural Channel Sales Team and Inside Sales Representative.
  • Assist with sales administration tasks, including reporting, agendas, and tracking of priorities.
  • Monitor the Retail Sales inbox and manage distribution mailing lists and planners.
  • Maintain and update the 52-week promo planner and account-specific information.
  • Run, analyze, and interpret Power BI reports to provide actionable insights.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities and ensure national alignment of processes and tools.
  • Distribute samples and new products to the Sales Team and support team events.

The Opportunity

As Sales Coordinator, you will provide day-to-day support to our Natural Channel Sales Team, helping to keep sales activities, administration, reporting, and key projects organized and moving forward. You will work closely with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to maintain accurate sales information, coordinate account activities, analyze reporting to provide actionable insights, and support the effective execution of sales priorities.


Key Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Primary for support for the Natural Channel Account Managers, and Inside Sales Representative.

  • Secondary support to the Manager, Natural Channel, and the Sr. Director of National Sales with day-to-day sales administration tasks and projects.

  • Monitor the Retail Sales e-mail inbox and action accordingly.

  • Create and maintain the Indigo Insider and the distribution mailing list.

  • Manage the master 52-week promo planner and account-specific planners with all new, delisted, sku and brand information.

  • Maintain all information required to keep SORT up to date.

  • Using Power BI, run, analyze, and interpret reports to provide actionable insights to the sales team.

  • Manage retail priorities for Natural Channel accounts. Liaise on sales activities between departments, including data & client management

  • Update master store list and rep assignments with the Data team

  • Update master team lists

  • Manage Natural Channel account-specific booking sheets as required.

  • Organize and save retail photos into relevant drive folders.

  • Maintain retailer flyer ads in support of Account Managers.

  • Schedule and coordinate conference calls, weekly meetings, and training sessions as required.

  • Prepare and update agendas for calls/meetings.

  • Take notes during conference calls and meetings as needed.

  • Collaborate with other Coordinators and Assistant Client Managers to ensure national alignment in processes, systems, and tools.

  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including account-specific form completion, new listings, brand-specific forms.

  • Distribute samples and new products to the Sales Team.

  • Assist with organizing team events and catering.

  • Perform any other general duties as assigned.

  • Act as an Indigo ambassador, exemplifying our culture in all internal and external communications and interactions.


Candidate Requirements

Education and Experience:


  • 2-5 years of related administrative experience is required.

  • Experience in the consumer-packaged goods industry, working with distributors and brokers is an asset.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.), with a core emphasis on Excel.

  • Ability to run, analyze, and interpret reports to provide actionable insights.

  • Ability to manage a high level of detail and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills.

  • Build and maintain effective relationships

  • Ability to work autonomously within a group/team environment.
