About The Role

The Sales Coordinator will collaborate effectively with various departments including the Commercial Manager, Sales Reps, and others, to handle customer-focused activities such as project setup, quotes, pricing, invoicing, and reporting.

Responsibilities include :

  • Ensuring safety policies are communicated, followed, and adhered to in all work environments.
  • Processing billing, managing sales activities, and reporting on sales performance.
  • Managing Salesforce for the Ready-Mix business unit.
  • Handling administrative tasks including correspondence, file maintenance, and billing review.
  • Supporting customer relations through value-added products and marketing.
  • Acquiring new accounts and providing quotes to customers.
  • Preparing sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business or related field is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Gmail, Google Platform, Microsoft Office, with experience in SAP and Salesforce preferred.
  • 1-3 years of relevant office or sales experience.
  • Strong customer service, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
