Job Responsibilities
  • Support sales and marketing of Ace Beverage Group and RTD products
  • Provide analytical and logistical support to Territory Managers across Western Canada
  • Compile and share sales reports and insights
  • Assist with trade marketing applications and program execution
  • Act as a liaison between sales and marketing teams
  • Support sales program execution across all channels in Western Canada
  • Ensure sales team has updated tools and promotional materials
  • Support market execution needs for sales reps
  • Coordinate regional marketing campaigns and provide field feedback
  • Assist with local events, influencer partnerships, and sponsorships
  • Develop retail displays and sell-through programs with trade marketing
  • Monitor promotional effectiveness and share insights
  • Maintain inventory of marketing collateral
  • Track and report on campaign performance and competitive activity
  • Support sales meetings planning and execution
Job Requirements
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or trade marketing, preferably in alcohol or CPG industries
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Post-secondary degree in Business is a plus
  • Ability to travel regionally as needed
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, Google Slides; some Excel skills preferred
  • Knowledge of category management and promotional analytics
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media activation
  • Competitive team player with initiative and strong work ethic
