Your Responsibilities :
  • Address investor requests and questions promptly by collaborating with the team and service providers.
  • Support business development to increase sales and market share.
  • Coordinate due diligence requests from investors (RFPs, DDQs, data rooms).
  • Assist in preparing meeting materials (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Coordinate all aspects of Capital Partners’ events.
  • Maintain client information in the CRM database.
  • Respond to internal and client inquiries efficiently.
  • Distribute outbound investor communications.
  • Manage investor documentation and compliance requests.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks.
Your Qualifications :
  • 1-4 years of experience in sales or client service within financial services is a plus.
  • Related post-secondary education.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and projects.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with sound judgment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Initiative and ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Quick learner of new systems (e.g., Concur, Salesforce).
  • Knowledge of the financial industry is advantageous.
