About AGF Capital Partners :

The AGF Capital Partners team is responsible for building a diversified alternatives business, focusing on significant growth opportunities in private equity, real assets, private credit, and liquid alternative sectors. The team operates with a flat structure, emphasizing agility and shared responsibility, with members working across various tasks and leveraging AGF’s resources.

  • Kensington Capital Partners, a Toronto-based private equity and venture capital asset manager with $2.6 billion AUM.
  • New Holland Capital, a New York-based multi-strategy, absolute return asset manager with US$5.5 billion AUM.
  • AGF | SAF Private Credit Management, a joint venture focused on mid-market direct lending in Canada.

Collectively, these affiliates manage approximately $12B across private equity, credit, venture capital, and hedge fund strategies.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Address investor requests promptly by collaborating with the team and service providers.
  • Support business development to increase sales and market share of AGF Capital Partners’ products.
  • Assist with due diligence requests from investors (RFPs, DDQs, data rooms).
  • Prepare meeting materials (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Coordinate client meetings, events, and presentations.
  • Maintain client information in CRM systems.
  • Prioritize and respond to emails and inquiries.
  • Distribute investor communications and manage documentation and compliance requests.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks.

Your Qualifications :

  • 1-4 years of experience in sales or client service within financial services is a plus.
  • Related post-secondary education.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and professionalism.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the financial industry is an asset.
