Responsibilities

  1. Drive business growth through proactive customer follow-up and opportunity development via voice and digital channels
  2. Handle incoming sales requests from customers, ensuring timely and professional responses through phone and email
  3. Encourage customers to use self-service tools and digital products to streamline their processes
  4. Gather and share insights from customer interactions to inform business strategy
  5. Maintain accurate customer account details and update CRM with relevant call reports and customer information

Qualifications

  1. Minimum of 3-5 years in sales, preferably in maritime or logistics
  2. University / College degree or equivalent experience
  3. Proven ability to manage customer inquiries efficiently and professionally
  4. Effective at prioritizing tasks and handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
