Job description

We offer you an exciting and challenging work environment as an Sales Coordinator (Part-time Contract – approximately min. 30 hours a week 5 Days per week (11 : 30-5 : 30pm)) at one of our project sites located in Abbotsford. You will join the recently merged BLVD and MAC Marketing Solutions who will become MLA Canada in January 2017. Together, they form Canada’s largest real estate marketing organization. You will report to the Sales Director and work with a team to ensure our clients have an enjoyable and positively lasting home buying experience. Depending on your experience and knowledge, your core responsibilities will be but not limited to :

  • Ensure that every prospect has an outstanding experience during their visit
  • Prospecting & following up with visitors
  • Sales presentations as necessary
  • Database management entering contract and prospect details into CRM
  • Ensure files & documents are well kept
  • Prepare regular sales and traffic reports
  • Manage day-to-day operations of Sales Office including supply orders and couriers
  • Setting up of signage & balloons & maintain cleanliness of Sales Office
  • Providing administrative support to Sales Manager as needed

What you bring to the table :

  • A self-starter who can solve problems independently.
  • Strong organizational skills, with an ability to set priorities in order to meet multiple project deadlines.
  • Post Secondary Education
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Extremely proficient in ability to multi task.
  • A willingness to adapt and accept new responsibilities in order to achieve overall team objectives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office software
  • Proficiency in Social Media; including Facebook, Twitter, Blogging
  • Knowledge of Lasso Database System
