Overview

Job title: Sales Consultants (Renovations Projects - Landed / Condo / HDB)

Salary / Compensation:

  • Please note: this is NOT a freelance sales ID position with purely ‘commission based’ or ‘allowance + commission based’
  • This is a full time position, we provide our full time sales personnel with fixed monthly salary, CPF contribution, annual leave, AWS, Benefits etc
  • Base Salary: SGD3500 + 3% commission based on project revenue
  • Sales commission are based on project revenue (NOT profit - NOT your typical ID pay structure)
  • Working Hours: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday
  • CPF Contribution, Annual Leave, Medical Leave, Hospitalization Leave Provided
  • Child-care Leave, Birthday Leave, Company Medical GP Card, Group Term Insurance, AWS Bonus

Responsibilities
  • Handling of sales inquiries
  • Verified and good quality leads provided by company
  • Meet up, discuss and communicate with potential clients to understand their project requirements, budget constrains and ideas
  • Preparation of sales checklist and following up with client
  • Basic space planning & design conceptualization
  • Building good rapport and providing excellent customer service to both existing and potential clients
  • Recommending appropriate solutions, services and ideas based on clients needs, budget and requests
Requirements
  • Must have previous experience in interior renovation sales with proven experience in handover of residential renovation projects (condo/HDB/landed)
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience preferred
  • Candidates with O level, NITEC, Diploma, is preferred
  • Knowledge in AutoCAD, Sketchup or Photoshop are preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Willing to go the extra mile
