Job summary

Bell is hiring for Retail Store positions in Nova Scotia (Dartmouth/Halifax). As a sales associate you’ll help customers choose devices, services and plans, delivering friendly, knowledgeable service.

You'll work in a fast-paced environment with flexible full-time or part-time scheduling, competitive hourly pay plus uncapped commissions, and full benefits including vacation. Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus; language skills are welcome.

• Total earning range: $19.00 - $27.00 The agreed upon hourly rate will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience
• The total earning range above includes a commissions % based on commissions earned by our employees in similar job functions. The Commission payout is conditional upon meeting all of the eligibility requirements established by the company’s applicable commissions’ plans or policies. Said plans and policies are subject to modification by the Company from time to time, at its sole discretion to better reflect evolving business structure, goals and strategies.

Qualifications

• You are required to provide XX blocks with 5 continuous hours, with a minimum of XX Open and XX Close coverage windows, including one weekday full availability. Blocks will be no less than 5 hours in length.
