Grimsby Hyundai, part of Performance Auto Group, is seeking a high-energy Sales Consultant to deliver exceptional customer service and drive vehicle sales. You will answer inquiries, quote competitively, and support customers through delivery and pickup with a positive, team-oriented approach.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, a valid Ontario driver’s license, and comfort with digital tools. This full-time role offers growth, benefits, and a performance-based earnings model.

• Deliver exceptional customer service on all interactions, give all customers consideration and respect, understand their needs, and consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Answer Customer Service phone calls relating to car sale inquiries and keeping them informed with vehicle delivery and pick up.
• Ensure customer car quotes are competitive and reasonable.
• Project a positive attitude for the benefit of our customers and fellow employees.
• Read, understand, and adhere to all rules, regulations and procedures as required by the employer, and in compliance with OMVIC.

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent

Compensation (expected annual earnings): $40,000 - $90,000 per year. This is a 100% commission role with no base salary. The range reflects historical earnings at this dealership; actual earnings vary based on individual performance and business volumes.

Minimum earnings: In accordance with the Employment Standards Act, commission-paid employees will be paid at least the applicable Ontario minimum wage for all hours worked. Any minimum-wage top-up paid may be reconciled quarterly in accordance with the compensation plan.
