Our client is recruiting an experienced sales consultant that can maximise sales and profitability for the organisation and achieve personal targets.

We need you to be proactive and professional when building client relationships. You must deliver exceptional customer service by thinking creatively whilst displaying enthusiasm to close sales.

My client is looking for positive sales people that will put customers at the heart of everything they do to achieve the best possible sales results. If successful, you will be joining the longest established trade-only distributor of IT equipment in the UK.

They are recognised as the largest UK owned trade-only distributor within their industry. You will be selling servers, storage, security, laptop and desktop PCs, printers, software, networking, and components.

Responsibilities :

  • Developing, qualifying and following up on sales leads with new and existing clients
  • Following up e-shots and marketing activities with prospective clients
  • Deliver personal KPI’s including margin and activity levels
  • Developing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Promoting services and accessories

Key Skills / Experience Needed :

  • Use of effective sales / questioning techniques to close the sale
  • Reach and exceed sales targets
  • Prepare quotes using margins specified by manager
  • Study and relate to product features on the website
  • Build relationships with suppliers and knowledge of the supplier base
  • Take responsibility for client enquiries from start to finish
  • Maintain regular contact with clients
  • Resolve any client complaints
  • Respond to both telephone and email enquiries
