We are looking for sales leaders who embody courage and empathy and possess tenacity, curiosity, and patience to support our prospects in their retirement living journey with us.
As a valuable member of our team, you will play a vital role in building relationships and contributing to a sales cycle that holds great significance for our seniors and community. Your role will include prospecting, community outreach, networking with local businesses, engaging in referral partnerships, touring potential prospects, advancing them through the sales process, and hosting events. It is crucial to understand our seniors and the levels of care we offer, including Independent Living (IL), Independent Supportive Living (ISL), Memory Care (MC), and Assisted Living (AL), as well as your local market area.
Your responsibilities will focus on managing the sales process to surpass occupancy and revenue targets. This requires skills in forecasting, competitor analysis, and business development to contribute to our organization’s success.
